Our journey with Staffordshire Bull Terriers started in 2002
Havoc (15/09/2002 – 07/02/2013)
Rogue (30/11/2003 - 13/07/2019)
Drago (05/01/2013)
Staffordshire Bull Terrier owners will tell you a Staffie is not just a pet - they form an integral part of your family.
During 2015, Drago started having a reaction to various treats used while training. After various visits to the vet and experimenting with different options I decided to try my hand at making Drago’s treats myself. It was important to me to know what he ate.
Drago is the inspiration behind the bakery but Rogue was the “founder” and face of the bakery. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our Rogue in July 2019. Her memory will continue to live on in all the treats. Currently Drago is ensuring quality control in the bakery and also helping out with our Instagram and Facebook accounts.
The Menu is always "under construction" as we keep on testing new combinations. The bakery has also expanded to include special cakes, cupcakes and other delicious treats.
We support the Staffie Rescue and other organisations as possible by sharing treats with them. Not all dogs are as privileged as Rogue and Drago.

About the name![]() I took some photos of Rogue wearing a chef’s hat and apron for my friend Lorren (Pet Wellness Worx) that we wanted to use in a newsletter.
When the bakery idea started we had to find a name. Michelline asked me if I had a photo of Rogue and the choice was easy. The list of possible names was long but we agreed that we needed to include Rogue’s name in the logo. So after a process of elimination it was decided that “Rogue’s Pawsome Bakery” would be the perfect name. Our promise to our fur friends
A high five or a tail wag of approval by Rogue is the final step before treats leave our kitchen. Due to the fact that our treats do not contain any preservatives, they need to be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Constant development is taking place.
